My wife and I have been practically homebound for years because SHE had separation anxiety. The only time we left town was if the dogs came with us, or the inlaws house-sat. When the time came that we had to find someone to watch our dogs, she was like a protective mama bear. She interviewed more pet sitters than most would for a babysitter.
Hali and Brittany were hands down our choice. Their professionalism really stood out from the crowd. Unlike many we talked to, they seemed to have just as great a rapport with the humans as they did with the critters. Another pleasant surprise was the girls' rock solid reliability. Since August of 2010, the girls have never missed or had to cancel an appointment. They've even been able to help us on very short notice a few times. That's pretty impressive in this day and age. Now that we have a new puppy at home, we get lunch time walks for all our girls so we don't have to feel quite so guilty about leaving for work.
Bottom line, whether you just need an occasional walk, or overnight pet sitting, there isn't a better choice in town than Peace, Love N Dogs!

My dog Sunny is in love...with Hali and Brittany. I have an older special needs girl that they shower with attention. She is very calm and relaxed when I get home after a 12 hour shift. I know that when I have to work they will take great care of my girl. I love the report cards letting me know how the walk went and if she ate and went potty. These girls are the best and I'm glad I found them. I would highly recommend them to care for your pets.

You Won't Regret It......and by this I mean you won't for one second hiring Peace Love n Dogs to watch your fuzzy family while you go out of town. My wife and I have a pack of 6 (2 dogs, 4 cats), and we were a little concerned when we moved back to San Diego from Sacramento and had to find a new pet-sitter (we had a great one in Sacramento). But as soon as Brit and Hali came into our house for the first time for introductions and to meet our kids, we knew immediately we had struck gold. If you are reading this, you are a pet-owner. And as a pet-owner, I have no doubt you have the ability to pick up that "vibe." You know the vibe I'm talking about - that Snow White vibe, the vibe that lets every animal in the vicinity know, "Yeah, this person is full of unconditional love for all creatures...this person gets it!" Well, Brit and Hali have this vibe in spades. Within minutes (if that long), our dogs were treating Hali and Brit like long-lost pack members. Your pets will too, trust me. In short - we cannot recommend them highly enough. They are conscientious, very professional, full of love (and of course peace), and are just generally two cool cats. Heck, after we were gone recently for almost a week, we came home to a house that was cleaner than we left it. That's just crazy. Anyway, hire them. You will not regret it...

It was love at first sight when my two boys met Hali and Brittany. Since then, they get visits, walks and rubdowns three times a week and have never been happier!
It is clear how much love Hali & Brittany have for my dogs and the care they provide every time they visit. They are very reliable, professional and flexible as well. An unexpected and much appreciated bonus is that Hali & Brittany practice commands with my little guys and they have grown to be really good little listeners!
I traveled out of town unexpectedly last weekend, and the boys went for a 2-night sleepover with Peace Love n Dogs. I never once worried about how my dogs were doing, knowing they were getting the attention, love and care and they need and deserve.

We love it when our parents go out of town because Hali and Brittany come and stay at our house! They take us on looooong walks, they scratch our bellies and give us treats. Yeah, okay... we have to work a little for a our treats, like sitting and staying, but we don't mind. Brittany and Hali are SO happy and excited when they see us--- Even our aloof kitty brothers and sister love them too.... they told us yesterday. As a working couple, we travel extensively and it has been our pleasure to use the pet sitting services of Hali and Brittany on several occasions. For better than three years Hali and Brittany had delivered many days each week and some weekends, and some overnights of loving care to our little 7 year old boxer Sabina before she passed away of cancer. Hali and Brittany knew every move of our sweet girl, and used trained techniques, to exercise, stimulate her mind, and discipline her and create a fun, loving environment. When our little Sabina was in the hands of Hali and Brittany we knew she was always well cared for and loved. I would recommend Hali and Brittany’s knowledgeable and loving services to any and every pet lover. Our Sabina felt when she was in the care of them it was like her second home. Entrusting your pets to someone while you are gone can be quite stressful! Not with Hali and Brittany. I was in Europe for a month and not only did they take exceptional care of my 19 year old cat "Katmandu" and "Moo" my three year old dog, they maintained my plants and mail and left my house exactly as I left it! OMG!!! Brittany and Hali are the most loving and caring care takers. I travel frequently, from weekend trips to 3 weeks at a time. Brittany and Hali have taken care of my 3 cats, Julianna,Dumpers and Bolie for at least three years. Their is no better feeling then to walk in to my home with the litter boxes cleaned, vacuum marks in the carpet and fresh linens on the bed!!! All three of the kitty's come prancing out when the girls arrive!!! And if I could only read their mindsI'm sure they are sad when they leave. Great service @ a great price! Brittany and Hali are awesome with our dogs. We have 2 Vizslas, Murphy and Kona, who definitely need their exercise and some extra loving when we are both at work or away for extended periods of time. Put your mind at ease! Brittany and Hali are THE BEST!!! I have always been reluctant and anxious having to leave my 2 cats when I've had to travel, until I found Peace Love n Dogs. My cats have two different diets and Hali and Brittany are so good and conscientious about following any instructions I leave. They send me text message updates, leave detailed "report cards" and go above and beyond my expectations every time. My girls just love them, even my most skittish cat will let them love her! They are by far the best pet sitters around and their rates are very reasonable. They love my girls like their own!
